1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary slightly during festivals, sales, or extreme weather conditions.
We currently ship across India only.

3. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
A nominal shipping fee of ₹50 is applied to orders below ₹499.
Any additional charges (such as remote area delivery) will be mentioned at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We are working on expanding globally. Stay tuned for updates!

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with the tracking ID and courier details.
You can use the provided tracking link to check real-time delivery updates.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we aim to meet our delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances (strikes, natural disasters, etc.) may cause delays.
In case of significant delay, our support team will notify you proactively.
